No, it’s not important. In fact you don’t have to be present during the clean! You can just hand over the keys to our cleaners, they will complete the clean and be in contact with you prior to completion so that you can do a walkthrough of the property to check everything

This will depend on the condition and size of your home. We like to be thorough while also working within a reasonable time frame. Typically, we spend 1-2 hours per 1 bedroom Eg. A house with 3 bedrooms will take approximately 4-6hrs hours to be cleaned from top to bottom.

A team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. We do send a team of 1 person when the job is small or if a re clean is required

Yes! We have a zero cancellation policy; this means you can cancel you service at any time - no hassles however, if the cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $35 cancellation fee.

Our goal is to provide satisfactory service on every occasion; therefore, we are more than happy to put in the extra work and resolve customer complaints as soon as possible.

Yes, we require only a small deposit of $50 which is fully refundable. The balance is then due on the day of the clean

Absolutely not! There are no hidden fees of charges included in our cleaning services. We are extremely transparent with all our pricing. Please note that we have a standard service and then you have the option of adding an ‘extras’. The price for the standard service and the ‘extras’ are outlined in the online booking form and attached collateral

Yes, we offer a full bond back guarantee, It guarantees that if we receive notification from you or your realestate agent we will come back to the residence to re-clean any problem areas free of charge. Please note the guarantee only covers the cleaning aspects of the bond and those provided in our quote and checklists

Yes, we provide carpet steam cleaning as it come under our end of lease cleaning checklist. For upholstery cleaning we charge per item and the rate can vary depending on the selection

Yes, we clean kitchen and bathroom tiles and grouts as we include them into our end of lease cleaning checklist. However you have to inform us prior to the clean if they’re extremely discoloured or in bad condition. Excess mould and grout will incur additional charges as it takes more chemicals and time to clean.

We don’t provide fridge cleaning as part of our standard service but if you want it done then it will incur an additional cost. It’s a good idea to defrost your freezer the night before the cleaning.
